Digital transformation advisory ELLA Digital, led by former GForces director Jamie Dixon and former Vauxhall and PSA Group govt Andy Freeman, has signed a strategic partnership with conversational AI supplier Conversica.
It is going to allow ELLA to advise and implement Conversica’s conversational AI programs at its automotive shoppers, and claims to be able to “radically transforme the UK automotive business” with its concentrate on bettering efficiency and enhancing shoppers’ expertise.
